1. Use of the app

ExactAgo is provided as a static web app for managing and displaying personal photo memories. You may use it only in a lawful way and only for content that you have the right to use.

2. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the photos, titles, exports, and other content that you add, import, or share through the app. You must make sure that your use of that content does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.

3. Local-first storage

ExactAgo stores album data locally in your browser by default. You are responsible for keeping access to your own device, browser profile, exported files, and connected services secure.

4. Third-party services

Some features may rely on third-party services such as Google Identity Services or Google Photos imports. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is also subject to those terms.

5. Availability and changes

The app is provided on an as-is basis. Features may change, be improved, be limited, or be removed over time without notice.

6. No warranty

ExactAgo is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. This includes no guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the app owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of the site or app.
